Website terms

Terms for using Avelence's website and initial assessment service. Dataset licenses and referral compensation require separate agreements.

Effective date: 20 September 2026

Avelence is operated by Forma Nôrden in the United Kingdom. Contact us through the Avelence contact form.

Scope of the website

This website explains enterprise data partnership opportunities and provides an initial inquiry and assessment route. Avelence assesses high-level company profiles and may coordinate suitable introductions within its available relationships.

Submitting a profile does not give Avelence or another organisation a licence to operational data. It does not authorise access to company systems. Any dataset licence, transfer, access arrangement, or additional paid service requires a separate agreement with the relevant party.

Information you provide

Provide accurate information that you are authorised to share at the level requested. Do not submit raw company records, credentials, confidential customer material, private repository links, or third-party information that should not be disclosed through these forms.

An assessment depends on the information available. Avelence may request clarification or decline to progress a profile. An assessment does not certify rights, quality, eligibility, value, or partner acceptance and does not guarantee income.

There is no charge for submitting the initial company profile. Any additional company-paid work requires a separate written proposal accepted before it begins.

Introductions and commercial relationships

You may decline a proposed introduction. Before an identifying profile is shared, Avelence explains the named recipient, purpose, and proposed information and records the appropriate permission.

Avelence may receive compensation from a data partner for a successful introduction. The relevant relationship will be explained before the proposed introduction proceeds. Avelence does not claim to represent every buyer or guarantee the highest available return.

Referral applications

Submitting a referral application, visiting a tracked link, or submitting a referred profile does not create a payment entitlement. Participation, attribution, eligible milestones, compensation, disputes, and reversals require separate written terms accepted by the relevant parties.

Website materials

The website provides general information and preparation frameworks. It does not replace legal, privacy, security, financial, or other professional advice. Third-party descriptions should be checked against the current primary source and the relevant agreement.

The website text, design, and original artwork belong to Forma Nôrden or their respective licensors. You may read the materials and share links to public pages. Do not reproduce them commercially, remove ownership notices, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist. Rights allowed by law are unaffected.

Availability and permitted use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malware, evade security controls, or use the forms to disclose information without authority.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted and information may change. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any transaction-specific allocation of risk belongs in its separate agreement.

Cloudflare's free service limits may temporarily stop new submissions if a daily quota is exhausted. In that event, the form must report that it did not accept the submission.

Contact and applicable rights

Use the contact form for questions. These terms are governed by the law applicable to Forma Nôrden's establishment in the United Kingdom, while mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.

Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively alter an accepted referral schedule or signed commercial agreement.
