Preparing sensitive information
Removing or transforming names, email addresses and other identifiers may reduce disclosure risks. The right method depends on what remains in the records, the intended use and the agreements that govern them.
The owner and technical parties responsible for preparation determine the data-selection, redaction, access and review process. We help ensure the commercial proposal reflects those obligations and costs.

You decide whether to pursue an opportunity and how involved you want to be in negotiation. We do not identify the data owner to a buyer, circulate raw records, promise exclusivity or act as the owner's agent without the relevant authorization.
The terms matter
A licence should define the data included, permitted uses, duration, recipients, exclusivity, preparation responsibilities, acceptance and payment. The people who can authorize the data need to confirm the rights and obligations that apply. A mutual NDA is an important first protection, and additional agreements address the actual transaction.
